Terms & Conditions for Ferry Ticket Booking:

 Please note: The above package includes base category seats for Ferries from Port Blair – Have–lock – Neil – Port Blair.

If in case seats are not available in base category at the time of booking, then the next available categories supplement charges will be as follows and the same has to be borne by the guest.

Cost Excludes:

• Cost does not include any Supplementary cost, Optional Tours, Up-gradation cost.
• Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls, and Guide Fee & Camera Feeat Cellular jail will cost extra.
• Services of the vehicle on leisure days and after finishing the sightseeing tour
• Adventure activity costs(Guide, Jolly ride & snorkeling, Scuba diving, Kayaking Glass bottom charges. Etc.)
• Medical & Travel insurance
• Cost does not include any Guide Charges.
• Cost does not include any travel insurance.
• Cost does not include any extra services or service not mentioned above

Documentation:

• Every Indian Nationals requires carrying the following documents.
• Original photo ID Proofs (Voter ID or Driving License or Passport) children below 18 Yrs. may carry Birth Certificate and School / College ID Card.

WATER SPORTS ACTIVITY

 Please note: 

• The above package includes base category seats for FerriesfromPort Blair – Havelock – Neil – Port Blair.
• If in case seats are not available in base category at the time of booking, then the next available categories supplement charges will be as follows and  the same has tobe borne by the guest.
• Special request of the guest if any:
• In case guests would like to Dive and has High BP, Sugar, Asthma, Ear Pain or undergone any major surgery in the last 6 months, he will need to carry a doctors certificate permitting him to dive.

Please note:

• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not on disposal.
• Vehicle will change sector wise.
• Hotels are subject to availability.
• Most of the hotels in this area provide MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS instead of Extra Bed.
• The tourism infrastructures in the above sectors are not very advanced & one should not expect and match it with the plains & other developed destinations

Useful Tips before Booking

• Cellular Jail is closed on Monday. Ross Island & North Bay is closed on Wednesday.
• Ferry for Ross Island leaves at fixed timings and request you to ensure at WSC at the given time.
• Please carry a change of clothes, towels, caps, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing for doing water sports.
• Carry valid Photo id proof (PAN Card not accepted) as the same is checked before boarding ferry to Havelock Island on board.
• The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form after which boats are allotted based on rotation and Sharing basis.
• Due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.
• Do note that all hotels on Havelock have an early morning check out time (10 AM) and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management. Luggage to be kept in reception post check out.
• Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of Private ferry (Makkruz or Cruise) and in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
• July – August is generally the rainy season in Andaman’s and beaches may be closed if climatic conditions are not good.
• Water sports activities and excursions may be subject to weather conditions.
• Please note no vehicles in Andaman are at disposal and only run from point to point for transfers.
• We are not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climate changes / natural disaster
• No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or makruzz or coastal cruise tickets, if already purchased
• Please note no refunds will be provided for cancellation received on booking for 15th December to 15th January
