RESOLUTION OF ISSUES UNDER SERVICES BY ROYCE HOLIDAYS

If any issues arise between you and Royce Holidays, our priority is to resolve such issues quickly and cost effectively. Accordingly, Traveler’s & Royce Holidays agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises between us out of this Agreement or the Royce Holidays Services (“Claim”) in accordance with this section entitled “Resolution Between Traveler and Royce Holidays.” Before resorting to these alternatives solutions, you agree to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to Customer Service.

PAYMENTS POLICIES

Travelers To book Our Services or Trip Plans, including customized tours, Traveler pays Us directly according to the booking terms and conditions set forth by Our Company “Royce Hospitality Services”.In most cases, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance of payment due by a specified date or period before the trip begins.Payment methods accepted by our Company Policy generally include credit cards as well as bank wire transfers and other electronic transfers.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY AND REFUNDS

Once payment is received from Traveler’s and travel booking is confirmed by Our Company, Then Traveler’s payment is subject to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms of the Royce Holidays. Those terms are communicated by Royce Holidays to Traveler in writing email prior to payment. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding such terms prior to making payment. From Date of booking–45 days-Minimum Rs 10000.00 per family /Rs.5000 per person in case of Groups

  • (Groups Should Minimum 12 Pax Traveling together)
  • Cancellation received 31 days of travel – 50% Cost of the Package. Depend Upon The Destination & Hotel Standardized Policy (For International)
  • Cancellation received less than 15 days – No refund. (For International)
  • Each Room Booking Considered Under Per Family/ Per Room & Minimum Cancellation Charges Will BeApplicable As Per Family/Per Room Only
  • 45 -30 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
  • 30 -15 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
  • 15- 08 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
  • Cancellation received less than 07 days – No refund 100% of tour cost Flight, Bus tickets booked any through us-cancellation will be according to their own terms. Please check with the flight or bus company
  • All holiday packages will have fixed cancellation charges of Rs.10000/- per Family./Rs.5000/- per person in case of Group ( Groups Should Minimum 12 Pax Traveling together)
  • All holiday packages will have variable cancellation charges. They depend from 25% to 100% of the trip cost based on the time of your cancellation. Please check with us for further details.
  • Payment Refund Through Bank Transfer/ Cheque
  • Refund Amount will be processing with 31 Days from the cancellation date
